- 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 sliced frozen bananas
- 1 tablespoon of peanuts
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of creamy peanut butter
instructions
- clean Nutrijet cordless blender
- place almond milk first
- add peanuts
- add chocolate protein powder
- add slices of banana’s
