  • Nutrijet Blender
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup chopped kale
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of protein powder
  • 1/2 cup of  ice cubes or crushed ice
  • whipped cream 
  • *tip: change it up and replace yogurt with milk of choice


  1. clean Nutrijets cordless blender
  2. place choice of milk or yogurt first 
  3. add your banana
  4. add blueberries
  5. add protein powder
  6. add your kale
  7. close the lid 
  8. blend away for 2 cycles
