ingredients
- Nutrijet Blender
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup chopped kale
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of protein powder
- 1/2 cup of ice cubes or crushed ice
- whipped cream
- *tip: change it up and replace yogurt with milk of choice
instructions
- clean Nutrijets cordless blender
- place choice of milk or yogurt first
- add your banana
- add blueberries
- add protein powder
- add your kale
- close the lid
- blend away for 2 cycles
