- Your NutriJets blender Should Arrive within 2-3 Business Days Via USPS Priority Mail.
- After Order Completion Of Your NutriJets Blender, You Will Receive An Email And/or Text Message of Order Confirmation.
- You will Also Receive An Email And/or Text Message of Your NutriJets Blender Has Been Shipped With Tracking Number.

Log into your account through the online store, check out the fulfilment status against your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, click onto the order information & you can find your tracking information here.
I don’t have an account yetAs soon as your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email titled “Your order is on the way”.
You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link in the email. If you haven’t received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take around 24-48 hours to be dispatched.

We currently ship to United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Europe, as well as many other countries.
We are constantly working to make sure we are available around the world.

All orders are currently shipped from the United States and customers will not be charged customs fees for orders received within the United States.
Please Note That Some Countries May apply tariffs. we recommend Checking with Your Local Postal Office to find out if that applies to you. Nutrijet Does Not Cover Customs, Imports, taxes or other Charges.
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund. If you’re still unsure on whether you’ll be subject to customs fees, we’d recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
If you have received the incorrect items or the items you have received are faulty, please email support@nutrijets and we will help you with that.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.
Once returned you will be entitled to a full refund which will not include the cost of the return postage.
We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in original condition. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.

Return – Exchange & Refunds
At NutriJets we Aim For 100% Customer Satisfaction. For Whatever Reason Are not Happy With Your Purchase or simply changed your mind we offer a 30 Days of order date refund.
- To Return Your NutriJets Blender, Please Contact The Support Team Before Returning Your NutriJet Blender at support@nutrijets.com
- Once Your return Of NutriJets Blender is received, we will notify you by email and/or text. we will also notify you weather your return is approved or rejected for a refund.
- if your return is approved we will process a refund to your credit card or original payment method.
- Please Note That Your NutriJets Blender must be in original packaging and not damaged including accessories.
- Please Note That If You Purchased Your NutriJets Blender From A Retailer That You Must Return it to them.
- Once Refunds Have Been Processed. It may take some time before it reflects into your account or original payment method.
- If you have not received your refund within 14 business days. please contact us at support@nutrijets.com
- Please Note Weekends And Holidays May affect the time your refund is posted.
- We typically replace items within 30 days if they arrive damaged or defective.
